A confirmation email is sent to the address on file for the member when their order ships. This confirmation email will contain a tracking link specific to the order or shipment where with 1 click the member is directed to their carrier's tracking page which shows detailed tracking info. Members with orders that have been split for shipment will receive a specific email and tracking link once each individual part of their order ships. Members are also welcome to track their orders online by visiting 'My Account', selecting the order in question and clicking on 'Track Shipment'
